WHO WE ARE

AJ Dillon

AJ Dillon was born in Baltimore, MD and spent his childhood years in New London, CT. He attended a preparatory school just outside of Boston and committed to Boston College to further his education and play football. After a successful collegiate football career, AJ gave up his senior year eligibility at Boston College to enter the NFL draft, leaving the school as the all-time leading rusher with 4,382 yards in three seasons.  

The Green Bay Packers selected AJ in the second round of the 2020 NFL draft. AJ has now spent 5 years as a running back in the NFL, all with the Green Bay Packers. 

AJ is passionate about combating food insecurity and making sure all children have a safe home and the tools for success. AJ is a foodie in general, and he and his wife, Gabrielle have a food blog called Dining with the Dillons. AJ also wrote a children’s book, Quadzilla Finds His Footing, in July 2023. He loves trading cards, video games, grilling, his podcast “Toonen to Dillon,” spending time with family, supporting small businesses and going out to eat.   

AJ met his wife in Wisconsin, and they married in June 2022. The couple had their first child, Algiers Dillon III, nicknamed "Trey," in May 2023. 

Gabrielle Dillon

Gabrielle is a Wisconsin native, growing up in Green Bay, WI and attending Ashwaubenon High School. She attended DePaul University, then transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science.  

Gabrielle is family-oriented and passionate about food insecurity, combatting hunger and helping children gain opportunities and tools for success. She works as a part-time lifestyle blogger on social media, sharing content about family, cooking, reading and more. Gabrielle is also a stay-at-home mom where she takes care of her child, Algiers Dillon III, nicknamed “Trey.” 

Gabrielle was a gymnast for 10 years growing up, followed by pole vaulting for two years. She enjoys reading, working out, family time, cooking, dining, giving back, and traveling to Door County where she married AJ in 2022. The couple met in 2020 when Gabrielle returned home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
